Overview
VidClean is a free online video and audio processing tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and how your files are handled.
What we collect
IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention only. No name, no email, no account, no payment information.
What we do not collect
We do not collect personal information. We do not require accounts. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not sell, share, or monetize user data in any form.
File handling
Files you upload are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 and are automatically deleted within 15 minutes of processing. No human at VidClean accesses your files. Your files are never used for AI training, advertising, or any purpose other than processing your request.
Third party services
VidClean uses the following infrastructure providers: Cloudflare R2 for temporary file storage, Railway for backend processing, Vercel for frontend hosting. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their infrastructure.
Cookies
VidClean uses Vercel Analytics which may set minimal anonymous cookies for performance monitoring. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third party analytics beyond Vercel.
Children
VidClean is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
