What it does

Recut takes a long recording, finds the silence, and produces a cut you can open in the editor you already use. It runs locally, so nothing uploads and file length is bounded by your machine rather than by a plan tier. The pricing is unusual for this category: alongside the monthly subscription there is a one-time purchase that keeps working without renewal, which suits someone who edits in bursts rather than weekly. The trial gives three exports with no watermark, so what you evaluate is the real output.
